Los Angeles Football Club (LAFC) forward Carlos Velas was voted the MLS Player of the Month presented EA SPORTS. This is the second award this season for Vela after winning the award in March and now in April.
LAFC's captain finished April on an amazing run with five goals and two assists in five matches. The Mexican National Team star Vela leads the league in goals (11), shots (60) and shots on goals (24). LAFC is sitting on the top of the league standings with 24 points with a overall record of 7-1-3.
