The LA Rams beat the Bengals to win Super Bowl LVI

Los Angeles Rams were crowned the Super Bowl LVI champions in their home in the SoFi Stadium beating the Cincinnati Bengals in a nail-biting ending.

Cooper Kupp caught a 1-yard touchdown pass from Matthew Stafford with 1:25 remaining and the Rams beat the Bengals 23-20 to win.

Kupp had four receptions for 39 yards on that drive, including the last three. He also had a key 7-yard run off the right end on fourth-and-1 from the LA 30-yard line.

Rams receiver Odell Beckham Jr. suffered an injury to his left leg on a noncontact play with 3:50 remaining in the second quarter. He was not able to return to the game.

For the second time in as many years, one team played the Super Bowl in their home stadium, the Rams are the first team to host the NFC title game and the Super Bowl in their home stadium, SoFi Stadium.

Both the Bengals and the Rams have ties to Ohio. Founded in 1936, the Cleveland Rams competed in the AFL for their inaugural season before moving to the NFL in 1937. The franchise stayed in Cleveland through 1945, winning the NFL Championship Game before relocating to Los Angeles one month later.
