Seattle Sounders 3, Toronto FC 1 | 2019 MLS Cup Playoff

For the second time in four seasons, the Seattle Sounders lift the MLS cup again by defeating Toronto FC in MLS Cup 2019. Seattle Sounders claimed their second MLS Cup in front of 69,274 fans at CenturyLink Field with three second half goals to seal the triumph.

The started off in a thrilling matter with both teams creating chances but ended in a goalless first half. Kelvin Leerdam is great getting forward down the right flank, Leerdam found some space in the box to blast one but unfortunate it hits Justin Morrow to create an own goal in the lower corner. Victor Rodriguez ripped the ball to the lower right corner from the top of the box. On a long pass up the middle, Mavinga is far too casual with it and Ruidiaz simply slips past him. A cross, a header from the spot, and you have to wonder if he could've made a difference had he been fully healthy.

For the second time in four years, the Sounders are the MLS Champions.
